Production / BasesThe activities of company Helios-Metalurg Ltd on the territory of Bulgarian Republic is organized in following cities:
PLOVDIV "Helios-Metalurg" Ltd - metallurgical mill. The first rolling mill of "Helios-Metalurg", producing Reinforcing Bars Rolling - Rebars, diameters from 12 up to 28 mm with annual capacity 140 000 tons per year. The quality of the production is estimated by the Bulgarian state authorities / Bulgarcontrola S.A. in compliance with the Ordinance on the essential requirements and conformity assessment of construction products and BDS EN 10080: 2005 with the Certificate of Conformity of construction product No 010-542 from 18th of September. "Helios- Metalurg" Ltd is the first entirely privately-owned metallurgical mill. Its main advantage is the flexibility of the production process – the production may be shifted from one diameter to another within the range of 2 hours. Cutting & Bending of reinforcing steel, full service, according to the customer’s specification and construction schedule, regardless of the degree of complexity. Annual capacity 2 000 t final products per month. We are also able to provide transportation to customer's site. The equipment in the workshops is from leading European companies. Stock with constant availability of about 10 000 t.
SOFIA Cutting & Bending of reinforcing steel, full service, according to the customer’s specification, regardless of the degree of complexity. Annual capacity 1 500 t final products per month. We are also able to provide transportation to customer's site. The equipment in the workshops is from leading European companies. Stock with constant availability of about 6 000 t.
BOURGAS Cutting & Bending of reinforcing steel, annual capacity 600 t final products per month. Stock with constant availability of about 6 000 t. – harbour & branch.
SVISHTOV Stock with constant availability of about 5 000 t
GOTZE DELCHEV Stock with constant availability of about 600 t Store for construction materials.
